IRIS 4001

In 1990 the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization placed an order with the Greek company Intracom SA, which was the only Greek supplier for the supply of a new telephone device. Intracom has introduced the new upgraded IRIS-4001, which replaced the IRIS-2005. New innovative design for Greek data. Design restores the placement of the handle in a horizontal position on the top of the telephone device. Available in three colors: gray, brown and beige. The OTE logo is a prerequisite and is located at the bottom left of the device shell. The only problem was the keyboard, which after a few hours of use the keys went into the shell. Intracom supplied OTE until the end of 1997.
