RADIO STRAIN TYPE

Johnson Brothers was a British company that made porcelain tableware and toiletries. It was one of the most successful ceramics producing tableware, much of which was exported to the United States from the 1890s to the 1960s. In 2003, production of Johnson Brothers products ceased in Britain and moved to China. In 2015, the Waterford Wedgwood Group was acquired by Finnish company Fiskars, which stopped production at Johnson Brothers. Here we see a cylindrical radio strain insulator made of white porcelain with the company logo imprinted in the center.
