TA-600

This phone is manufactured by a Bulgarian company in Veliko Tarnovo which was founded in 1960 as Zavod za Radiotechnichesa aparatura. The company’s electronic products are called Resprom. In the 1990s, the company was renamed Bitova Electronika Ltd. The name of the device was TA-600 and it started to be produced in the late 1970s. It is made entirely of ABS plastic. The base of the telephone is always in black. Inside the components are screwed onto the plastic base. The cords are spiral and always black. Available in several colors. In Greece, OTE supplied it to its subscribers in the mid-1980s. It was available in six shades: gray, red, green oil, green cypress, brown and ivory.
