RWT Magneto

MB 59 is a magnetic telephone made by the Polish company RWT, Radomska Wytwórnia Telekomunikacyjna. The design is clearly inspired by the Ericsson 1931 telephone device, which is not surprising since RWT was founded by LM Ericsson. The number 59 in its name indicates the year of manufacture of the phone. Made entirely of bakelite except for the base which is made of steel. It was accompanied by an external ring set. Released only in black. In Greece it was used by the Greek Railways and Government Services until the mid-1990s.
