EMXE SA was a Greek kaolin production company. It was founded in 1947 and its headquarters were in Milos. She was the owner of kaolin mines, a mine in Milos and a small ceramics factory in Syros. In the same year, Chariton Triantaphyllopoulos bought EMXE SA. The Electric Porcelain Factory was founded in 1950 in Nea Makri, Attica. Started the production of electric porcelain and refractory materials. It was put under compulsory management from 1/12/1955 From 8/7/1956 to 3/2/1957 it operated on behalf of the compulsory management, at which time the operation of the factory was stopped. On October 3, 1960, a limited liability company was established between Athanassios Blamoutsis (shareholder of the Hellenic Porcelain Industrial SA SA) and Charitonos Triantaphyllopoulos for the reopening of the factory. A service contract was signed on 31.5.1961 with the Industrial Company  HELLENIC PORCELAIN SA for the supply of raw material. From December 1966 it operated under the direction of EVIP SA. In 1955, the company M. Papamichael SA , a subsidiary of Cement TITAN SA acquires 50% of the company EMXE SA and kaolin mining begins. The dimensions of the insulator are 83mm x 138mm.
