VANGUARD

150s

In the early 1990s, the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization placed an order with Northern Telecom for the supply of a new telephone device that would replace its now obsolete telephone device, known as the Greek MASTERSET at its Services offices. Northern Telecom was a multinational manufacturer of telecommunications and data networking equipment based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The device was called VANGUARD 150 and was available in two colors, black and ivory. The OTE logo is a prerequisite and is located on the top right of the shell and on the base sticker. Few devices of this type were also installed in Public Services.
